European Union Right of Withdrawal Policy

This policy applies to consumers located in the European Union, European Economic Area, and, where applicable, the United Kingdom.

 

Right of Withdrawal

Subject to applicable law and the exceptions described below, eligible consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase made through www.dosistea.com within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.

 

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

 

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request through the withdrawal mechanism provided on our website or contact us at hello@dosistea.com and your request should include:

·       Order number

·       Contact information

·       Clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, Dösis Tea will reimburse all payments received from you for the applicable products, including standard delivery charges where required by law.

 

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or until satisfactory evidence of return has been provided.

 

Return of Products

Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating your withdrawal request.

 

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

 

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once opened, products that have been opened after delivery, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or other exceptions permitted under applicable law.

 

Because Dösis Tea products are consumable products intended for ingestion, opened tea products may not be eligible for withdrawal rights when permitted by applicable law.
