Dösis Tea ships products to select domestic and international destinations. Available shipping destinations and shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within one to three (1–3) business days after payment is received and approved.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, inventory shortages, severe weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations and policies.

International Orders

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Dösis Tea is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss generally passes to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the shipment.
Dösis Tea is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs processing, labor disruptions, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse shipment to certain destinations where shipping services are unavailable, unreliable, prohibited, or commercially impractical.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin processing orders promptly.

We cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be made once order processing has begun.
