If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You represent that you own or control the rights to the User Content, the User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, the User Content is accurate and lawful.
Dösis Tea reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit User Content.

You agree not to violate applicable laws, engage in fraudulent conduct, interfere with the operation of the Services, introduce malicious software or harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, scrape, harvest, or collect information without authorization, use the Services for unlawful or commercial resale purposes.

Dösis Tea does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally.

19. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or products purchased from Dösis Tea shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its applicable consumer arbitration rules.
The Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing eligible claims in small claims court.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Dösis Tea may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown above.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
