Refund Policy

At Dösis Tea, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

This Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly from www.dosistea.com.

Products purchased through retailers, distributors, marketplaces, or other third parties are subject to the return policies of the applicable seller.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

·       The return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

·       Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

·       Proof of purchase may be required.

 

For health, safety, and quality reasons, opened consumable products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

·       Description of the issue or reason for the return

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Dösis Tea shipped an incorrect, defective, or damaged product. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs when possible.

 

Upon verification, Dösis Tea may, at its discretion replace the product, issue a refund, or provide store credit.

 

Promotional Items

Free gifts, promotional products, samples, and similar items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law.

 

Excessive Returns

Dösis Tea reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges where abuse of this policy, fraud, or excessive return activity is reasonably suspected.
